About Susan

Helping families find calm in the chaos since 2013.

Bright, airy living room with plants and minimal decor on floating shelves

My Story

I discovered the power of organisation the hard way. After our third child arrived, our modest three-bedroom felt like it was shrinking by the day. Toys migrated into the kitchen, paperwork colonised the dining table, and I spent more time searching for things than actually using them.

That frustration became my motivation. I studied organising methods, experimented on every room in our house, and eventually earned my certification from the Board of Professional Organisers. Within a year, neighbours and friends were asking me to help with their spaces too.

Twelve years later, I have worked with over 400 families. My philosophy is simple: organisation should fit your life, not the other way around. I will never ask you to throw away something meaningful. Instead, we build systems that honour what matters to you while clearing out what does not serve you anymore.

What Guides My Work

No Judgment

Clutter happens to everyone. I show up with empathy, not a clipboard of expectations. Your pace, your rules.

Lasting Systems

A pretty shelf means nothing if it is a mess again in two weeks. Every solution I propose accounts for real daily habits.

Practical Over Perfect

Magazine-worthy spaces are lovely, but functional ones change lives. I prioritise ease of use over aesthetics alone.
